Great news for European HTC One owners, the official Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update has started to be rolled out.
A few days ago we have informed you about this update was rolled out for the HTC One dual-SIM version and the same update was been released for HTC One Taiwan region.
According HTC Source website, HTC One users from northern Europe have received Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean build number 2.24.709.1 which has 417 MB size, follows a smaller additional update which has 1.48 MB. This latest update is needed for be installed first
Several users and members of XDA forum confirmed this latest update for HTC One device, also numerous HTC One owners from Norway, Romania, Rusia, Sweden, Serbia, Denmark, Georgia, United Kingdom and Finland related that received an automatic notification by OTA for download and installed the latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update.
If you live in any of the European countries and have nor received an automatic OTA notification, then you can manually verify it by navigating to the following path in your HTC One menu: Settings>> About>> Software updates>> Check now.
