HTC has begun the rolling out a new update for its HTC One X device in India. The new update is Android 4.2.2 Jelly bean ad it can be downloaded and installed together with Sense 5 software in the HTC One x device.
The info comes from the HTC India Facebook page, where they’re informing users that the new update can be verified if it’s available or not for their devices, checking it from the next path: Settings > About > Software Updates > Check now .
But, unfortunately the comments on the HTC India Facebook post show that numerous One X users didn’t receive the new update. That’s meanings they should some patience a few days until the new Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean is pushed out for all the Indian HTC One X devices. The new release will be pushed out in stage; that’s why it will take few days to be received of all HTC One X smartphones from India.
The new Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update comes with lock-screen widgets, quick settings panel and the new Sense 5 changes including HTC Blinkfeed, video highlights, gallery and camera enhancements, battery level status bar, various bug fixes optimizations and more.
