Good news, Verizon released today the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean for their Galaxy Nexus by Samsung device, this update will be available by OTA. The Android 4.2.2 JB software will be pushed for all Verizon Wireless customers starting March 19.

In case your Verizon Galaxy Nexus by Samsung won’t receive this last update with an automatically alert, in this case you need to wait, you will be able to update the same today. This update will be available for you only if your Nexus is not rooted, or has an unlocked bootloader, that’s means it should be 100 % stock.
