  1.  First, you need to download and install the suitable HTC One Drivers fromhere on your PC.
  2. Second, download the Rooting Exploit Tool for HTC One smartphone fromhere.
  3. Now, extract the downloaded Root Exploit Tool to your PC on its desktop.
