Android 4.3 Jelly Bean to come to the HTC ONE Edition and Canadian HTC One

Good news for all HTC One device’s owners, the new Android 4.3 will be tested one HTC One Developer Edition. HTC’s Jason Mackenzie announced (via Twitter) last month that the powerful HTC One smartphone will receive directly Android 4.3 this month, skipping the Android 4.2.2 update.

The info about a possible test with Android 4.3 for the HTC One Developer Edition comes from a recent tweet posted by Jason Mackenzie where is related that the firmware update will hit US this week. He also said in the same tweet that the HTC One owners from Canada will receive the latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean firmware by “month end”.

In another tweet, Jason Mackenzie said that the HTC Company working hard and optimistic for U.S Carrier certification, and he invite users to stay tuned to @HTCUSA for more news soon.

HTC One Developer Edition has the same technical specifications as the original HTC ONE handset, but the HTC One Developer Edition has only 64 GB of internal memory storage version. So, it is powered by a Quad-core 1.7 GHz Krait 300 CPU, an Adreno 320 GPU and Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 chipset. It also comes with 2 GB RAM, 4.7″ 16M-color 1080p Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen that supports 469ppi pixel density resolution.

Moreover, it also comes with a 4 MP Autofocus “UltraPixel” camera with 1/3″ sensor size and 2µm pixel size plus LED flash, 2.1 MP front-facing camera with 1080p video recording possibility. In the connection side,  the HTC One handset brings all standards of WiFi, NFC, LTE, IR blaster, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS and more.
