Good news for all BBM fans, the Canadian mobile maker BlackBerry has officially confirmed that the BlackBerry Messenger named BBM will begin rolling out for Android and iPhone users from September 21.
So, starting with this date the owners of Android devices powered with the ICE Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean Android OS will be able to download and install the BBM app for free directly on their devices.
As you probably know that the BlackBerry Messenger application was previously exclusive developed for BlackBerry devices, but with this announced release it will be available as a free application for download via Google Play Store for all Android-based devices.
The new BBM app for Android will bring some main features to all future users who want install it on their Android devices.
The new release comes with BBM Chat feature; this option let you enjoy real and immediate conversations with your friends on Android smartphones. In additional the BBM will let you to see if your messages had delivered and read, it also will shows you that your friend is responding to the message sent.
Moreover, BlackBerry Messenger will allow their users to share files with their friends such as photos and voice notes very quickly and easily, and also it will come with the possibility to keep your group in the loop.
