Sony has launched some time ago a very interesting application that was dedicated exclusively for Sony Xperia Z2 device, namely Live on YouTube, through which owners of Xperia Z2 smartphones can transmit up to 15 minutes live video (made with the device’s camera) on their YouTube channel.
The access to the live broadcast it can be received by everyone interested, or only by selected users and the corresponding option can be chosen before recording starts.
The link to the video can be sent to friends directly from the application, and views and likes statistics updates in real time at the top of the screen.
Before using Live on YouTube, you must enter into the settings of your YouTube account to allow live broadcasts.
Now Live on YouTube app has received an update to version 01.00.13 and brings with it support for Xperia Z1 and Xperia ZL2 devices. The build number 01.00.13 of Live on YouTube includes minor bug fixes and performance and stability improvements for users to have a better experience with it.
We should mention that Live on YouTube application works only on devices updated to Android version 4.4 KitKat.
