Dropbox V2.4.3 Adds In-App Previews Of Word, PowerPoint And PDF Files And More

Dropbox app for Android gets updated and brings some useful new features for you easier to manage your documents saved in the cloud space from a device.

The new version is listed with the number 2.4.3, and Dropbox users after updating the application will find that Word document, PowerPoint presentation, or PDF file can be opened in the app as a preview, although you will not be able to edit them, just to look over the document before you send it off someplace.

In the new version, you will experience better searches that track recent queries and shows type-ahead suggestions
The Dropbox version 2.4.3 also comes with a change intended to business users who now have support for view-only permissions of shared folders directly from their Android smartphone or tablet, feature that bring more control to collaboration.

The updated Dropbox also adds some tweaks and bug fixes and one notable change rolled up includes a fix for Android L support.
The Dropbox app for Android is free for download in Google Play Store and comes with 2GB of online storage when you create a new account.
