HTC M8: What can we expect!

HTC M8

From all we know about the Samsung Galaxy S5 and HTC M8, we can assume these smartphones will conquer the Android market this year. From Ultrapixels to S-Health, the indicated phones will battle it out to the duel. The Samsung Galaxy S5 has been revealed already, but HTC will be soon. What can we expect?

The HTC M8 reveal is still some weeks out, though for us there have existed a number of leaks to make the wait lightly. This Moment a few details on HTC flagship have leaked out, adding two new images of this device.

@evleaks has given an image of the HTC M8 wearing a different flip cover-style case. The face of the case is covered with cells, parts of which are lit up with diverse colors to display the weather and time. Features on this case are light outside of something we can glean from the picture, but it seems like an impressive take on that flip cover-style cases given by LG or Samsung that hold small skylights to  display information while the cover is locked.

Another tidbit of HTC M8 info this moment relates to a different version of the device that’s assumed to be in the works. AS @evleaks says the M8 will be available as a Google Play edition phone, same the original HTC One was last year.

Sadly, there’s no notice of when the Google Play edition M8 might launch; therefore, it’s not clear how much time will be from the launch of the Sense-equipped M8 to the launch of vanilla Android version.

A press render of the HTC M8 has been leaked by MobileSyrup. The picture shows the Telus version of the HTC flagship, with Boom Sound speakers and rounded corners.

HTC is anticipated officially to reveal the M8 on March 25 at events in New York City and London.

Stay tuned for news!
