How to update AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3 with AOKP JB MR1 build ROM – guide.

  1. Firstly download the custom ROM from this link, and save it on your computer, don’t unzip it.
  2. Secondly download the Google Gapps for Android 4.2.1 SO from here, with this app you’ll be able to install all Google based apps. Save this archive in your computer without to unzip it.
  3. Connect your smartphone to your computer using the original USB cord.
  4. Move with copy and paste the AOKP JB MR1 build 3 ROM and the Google Gapps archives on your smartphone’s internal SDcard.
  5. When the files are copied disconnect the smartphone to the PC.
  6. Power off the Android smartphone.
