LG G3 Stylus With 5.5″ qHD Display And 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Chipset Officially Announced

LG officially announced the G3 Stylus smartphone, a weaker equipped version of the LG G3 flagship. As its name suggests, a feature that makes this model different is that it includes a Rubberdium stylus pen to use it on the screen.

LG G3 Stylus has a display with a 5.5″ diagonal, similar to the G3’s display, although the resolution is not Quad HD, but qHD 540 x 960 pixels. As for the processor and RAM, mainly responsible for the overall performance of a modern smartphone, is well known at this moment: 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and 1 GB of RAM. Inside the LG G3 Stylus integrated 8 GB memory that can be expanded via microSD card.

Regarding the design, the LG G3 Stylus offers the same Floating Arc tapered edges, tiny bezels, and metallic skin as the LG G3, which makes it very attractive.

G3 Stylus main camera is a 13 MP and, the front-facing is a 1.3 MP one. The G3 Stylus has a removable 3000 mAh battery, just like the one found inside of LG G3.

With a weight of 163 grams and 10.2 x 75.9 x 149.3 mm dimensions, the new device comes preinstalled with the Android 4.4.3 KitKat and the LG’s latest graphical interface. As for colors, the LG G3 Stylus is put on sale in white, gold and black color option.

Besides incorporating a Rubberdium stylus pen the device offers other features like: Dual Window, to split the screen into two; Knock Code for a high level of security; and Smart Keyboard, a keyboard that is more intuitive to use and reduces typing errors as well as pre-loaded programs and apps.

LG Stylus G3 will be released next month in Brazil and will be launched in other emerging markets soon. As for price as always, depend on each of the markets in which it goes on sale, although, for now the recommended price is unknown, but as LG says it will be a fair one.
