One of the most popular file hosting and sharing service, MediaFire has updated its cloud storage app for Android to version 2.0 and adds several new features and enhancements, both for the interface and the internal operation for make the user experience more enjoyable and also to reduce load times.

The app’s UI is much cleaner in version 2.0 and its icons, menus, text, and other visuals have been revamped a bit. The new MediaFire 2.0 for Android is free for download on the Google Play Store. Requires Android version 2.3.3 and up.

MediaFire continues to provide 50GB of free storage with the ability to upload files up to 500 MB, but we can increase this potential by accessing different storage plans.
