CyanogenMod 11 M7

The CyanogenMod developers succeeded to create and publish the CyanogenMod 11 M7 version yesterday as we can read on their official blog.

The CM 11 M7 can be used to install the Android 4.4.2 on over fifty supported devices. The list of confirmed devices continues to expand, and the list will be higher soon and more devices will receive an update today and tomorrow.

The new version is currently considered the most stable, having a lot of new features, improvements and also fixed bugs.
However, if you were expecting combining of all Android 4.4.3 features, you will have to wait the next month for the M8 release.

CyanogenMod 11 M7 comes with support for FFMPEG, a full, cross-platform resource to record, convert and stream audio and video, includes improved Bluetooth support for new car audio systems and docks and improved theming performance on low memory devices and various bug fixes, for global and also for specific devices.
M7 also brings Performance Profiles and by courtesy of developer Xlythe, a redesigned Calculator app.

In order to install the CM11 M7 on your Android device, be sure that you know that  by installing custom firmware you will loose the warranty of your device and if you want to restore it you will need to reinstall the stock firmware that came on board when you bought it.
