Samsung Galaxy K has an impressive 20 megapixel camera, it also has a 6-core processor to combine the performance with the autonomy. After launched classical mobile devices, Samsung started last year the “Zoom ” line with the devices with compact cameras. Now, Samsung has announced Galaxy K, the new top of the range.
For a start it has a 20 megapixel camera with 10x zoom, better polish than S4 Zoom from last year, more like a phone than a compact camera. Galaxy K is two times thicker than S5. It has a 4.8 inch HD screen resolution, uses Android 4.4 KitKat, has 2GB of RAM with storage space of 8 or 16GB, but can be extended with a microSD card up to 64GB and is dynamized by a 2430 mAh battery.
Interestingly, the device has a hexa -core Exynos processor. This model has two cores clocked at 1.7 GHz for higher computing power and four cores clocked at 1.3 GHz, for lower consumption. Overall, six cores made it the smartphone with the best camera. The camera has a 1/2 CMOS sensor, 3-inch and 24 – 240mm equivalent lens with a maximum aperture of f/3.1. Also, it is shooting full HD at 60 frames per second.
Moreover, Samsung retains many of the novelties of the Galaxy S5, such as the back with a very good adhesion, Ultra Power Saving Mode when you get to the last cent battery and various interface improvements.
The phone has a somewhat bizarre, but very useful feature called Self Alarm, an alarm for when you are ready to seflies. Fix interface of the camera and the place you want to be your face self, back the phone and when the face is reaching there, the phone makes a sound, then you are ready to shoot. Galaxy K performs three pictures at once so you have from where to choose the best one.
It will be launched next month, first in Asia and Europe, but no price was yet disclosed official.
