According to SamMobile some exclusive information regarding of specs of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phablet device has been just received from one of their trust insiders.
The new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is the second one Samsung’s flagship device of this year after its S4 device.
The rumors from the insider, the Samsung Galaxy Note III device will be released in two variants, international 3G and 4G versions. First is SM-N900 and the second variant is SM-N9005 respectively.
The Galaxy Note 3 device will be featured with a 5.68 inch Full HD Super AMOLED (1920 x 1080) display for both variants (SM-N900 and SM-N9005).
In terms of CPU, the new flagship device will be powered by a 1.8GHz Octa-core Exynos 5420 for SM-N900 version and for SM-N9005 the CPU specs aren’t confirmed yet.
For the GPU is expected an ARM Mali-T628 MP6 for SM-N900 and for the SM-N9005 the same thing isn’t confirmed yet.
Other notables specs include 3GB LPDDR3 of RAM for SM-N9005 (unconfirmed for SM-N900 version) and 13 Megapixel with Optical Image Stabilization for both versions.

The new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phablet device will comes with identical dimensions as its predecessor Galaxy Note 2 device but with a larger display.
The release date for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is expected to be on Sep. 4 in Berlin, Germany, ahead of the IFA trade show (Samsung Mobile UNPACKED 2013: Episode 2), where it will be introduced.
