Sony To Launch Xperia C3 And Xperia C3 Selfies Smartphones

Sony has unveiled its first selfies smartphones, the Xperia C3 (D2533) and Xperia C3 Dual (D2502).
Sony’s latest Android device for selfies and video calls comes with a 5 MP( with 720p video recording) front camera with Superior Auto mode support, super wide-angle lens (25mm with 80 degree field of view) and soft LED flash.

The smartphone is in fact characteristic of the mid-range, but with a focus on self-portraits, thanks to the unique combination of software and hardware. The technical specifications include a 5.5 “HD (1,280 x 720 pixels) screen, Snapdragon 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Quad-core processor, Adreno 305 graphics, 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage with the possibility to expand it up to 32 GB via microSD (card slot).
Other features include a 8 megapixels rear camera with auto focus, that allow HD video recording 1080 p, measures 156 x 78.5 x 7.6 mm and weights 150 grams.

The Xperia C3 is powered by a 2,500 mAh battery that offers up to 30 hours talk time, up to 1093 hours standby time, up to 93 hours music listening time and up to 10 hours video playback time.
The smartphone will launch with Android 4.4 KitKat on board in black, white and mint colours and will be available from August 2014.
The smartphone is also compatible with the LTE network and as we said, Xperia C3 is not only hardware but also software. Among the software, we point out the PROselfie cam app, Portrait Retouch, and the ability to use the Superior Auto mode on both cameras.
Xperia C3 will be available first in China and then from there to the rest of the world. Prices and availability are yet known.
