Sony Company brings the Xperia Z Ultra device, which is its first phablet with 6.44-inch display that has the capability and feature to be water resistant and dust resistant.

The Xperia Z Ultra device has been officially presented this week and brought to users, who want to benefit on the same smartphone of the big display and functionality of a high-end Android device without having two different devices, a device that have all these capability, and besides that the price will not be so expensive as you think.

The Sony Xperia Z Ultra device comes with a glass body case with metallic borders; its design is close of Xperia Z smartphone. It is powered with a Snapdragon 800 chipset and with four Krait 400 cores CPU clocked at 2.2 GHz. On the Graphics part it comes with an Adreno 320 GPU.

The new Xperia Z Ultra device will come out of the box with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and with Xperia User Interface.

On the memory and storage part, it comes with 2GB of RAM and for storage will support 16 GB of internal storage, with the possibility to extend it up to 64 GB with the help of a MicroSD card.

As you probably think, the Xperia Z Ultra will offer a 6.44-inch display with full HD resolution featured with Triluminos technology. All these features make this smartphone be a power smartphone on the top high-end 2013 smartphones.

On the camera side,  Xperia Z Ultra device comes with 8 megapixels sensor featured with autofocus and the possibility to video record 1,080p@30fps capability with image stabilization built-in feature. For meetings and video calls, Xperia Z Ultra comes with  2 megapixels front-facing camera and the big advantage for this front camera is that it is capable of recording full HD videos.

On the connectivity side,  the Xperia Z Ultra device will have Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 3G HSPA, LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS module, Radio FM feature, NFC chip.

This smartphone lets you use it on the hard conditions with up to 1meter deep water for a period of time up to 30 minutes.

The Sony Xperia Z Ultra device has a total weight of 212 grams, being an ultra slim smartphone with only 6.5 mm thin case and a battery of 3,050 mAh. It will be available in three colour variants: white, black and purple.

According to the Sony division in Netherlands, the new Sony Xperia Z Ultra device will be available for purchasing with a price tag starting from € 719 and it will be available early this fall, somewhere in September.
