How manually flash the stock Android 4.2.2 JB XWUAMH1 Firmware on Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 T311
- Download and install the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 drivers on your PC, for that you can use Samsung KIES application. ( this step can be skipped if the USB drivers are already installed on your PC)
- Download the Android 4.2.2 JB XWUAMH1 Firmware for Galaxy Tab 3 file from here , and save it on your PC.
- Unzip the downloaded update file on PC’s desktop folder.
- Download Odin, save it in your PC, unzip it and install the same.
- Run ODIN app on your PC.
- Now, turn off completely the tablet.

- Click on “Start” button from ODIN.
- Now, wait while the new Android 4.2.2 JB firmware named XWUAMH1 version is being flashed on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 model number T311
- The installation process is done when the “PASS” messages will be displayed on ODIN app’s interface and the ID:COM area will turn green.
- Now, you can disconnect the tablet from the PC.

Troubleshooting:
- If the Galaxy Tab 3 device will get stuck and it is entering into a boot loop you have to:
- Force booting into recovery mode
- From Recovery Mode select “wipe data factory reset” and “wipe cache partition”.
