The Xperia Keyboard application from Sony has received an update to the version 6.4.A.1.24 available for all in Google Play Store.
The Xperia Keyboard version 6.4.A.1.24 adds many new features such as larger spacebar for better typing, ability to enter numbers on the tablet thanks to dedicated lines, new supported languages: Armenian, Azerbaijani, Belarusian, Georgian and Tatar language and keyboard layout for Xperia Z2 device.

Even if you are not using a Sony Xperia smartphone you can try Sony’s Xperia Keyboard on your rooted device. You can download the apk from here and move it to system/app, and after the download set the correct permissions (RW-, R–, R–) and reboot your device once completed.
Thanks to Ben Ling an XDA developer the Xperia Keyboard has also been ported to run on smartphones or tablets with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and above. If you own a device running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and up, head over to XDA to give the Xperia Keyboard a try.
