Download firmware for Xperia Z2 23.0.1.A.3.9 which is made for O2 Germany right now
There is good news for Sony Xperia Z2 devices owners in Germany. The Japan based company recently released Android 4.4.4 Kitkat upgrade for their devices. The upgrade is numbered as 23.0.1.A.3.9.
Carrier specific upgrade
The company has informed that the current upgrade numbered Xperia-Z2-23.0.1.A.3.9 is carrier specific. It will support only O2 Germany as of now.
Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z2 tablet will be benefitted due to this upgrade. These devices will be able to run Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS. The firmware features and properties as same as Sony Xperia Z3 device.
Those who have O2 Germany Sony Xperia Z2 then you can just obtain the over to air (OTA) upgrade by going to software section in the settings option. You can easily download it.
