Update Nexus 5 device to Android 4.4.4 KTU84P OTA

Now a new Android 4.4.3 KitKat OTA update named KTU84P firmware is available for Nexus devices such as Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 10, Nexus 7 2012 and 2012 models.

The new Android update comes with a number of security fixes bugs including the OpenSSL bug.

An XDA member EI Daddy has released and shared with us the new KTU84P OTA download link for Nexus 5 device.

The main advantage of this step by step guide is that, the user will not have to unlock the bootloader and now can directly flash the new OTA firmware by using the ADB Sideload mode.

To flash the new OTA update, the Nexus 5 device should be running under an official (stock) firmware version.
