How to Update Samsung Galaxy S3 GT I9305 to Official Jelly Bean 4.1.2 XXBLL3 firmware- manually method.
- First of all, download and install the Samsung KIES on your PC and install the proper drivers for Samsung Galaxy S3 device. If you have already installed the drivers in your PC, skip this step.
- Download and install the ODIN app on your computer.
- Now, extract the downloaded update file on your desktop PC.
- Open ODIN app on your PC.
- Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S3 device.

- First of all, reboot your S3 device into its recovery mode menu. To do that you need to press and hold the Volume UP + Power + OK buttons simultaneously and release the same when the Recovery Mode menu is displayed.
- From the Recovery Mode menu select “wipe data factory reset” and after that select “wipe cache partition”.
- Now, after you have wiped the cache partition select “+++go back+++” to return in the main menu and from there choose the “reboot system now” option.
