So before to starting our updating tutorial then you need to follow some prerequisites that are necessary to be respected firstly:

  •  All the instructions and information from this article work only with Samsung Galaxy Note model No N7100, do not use this Official Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean XXDMB6 firmware file for any other device, you risk to brick them.
  • Your  device need to be an unlocked system(factory unlocked).
  • This Update can be flashed over the Android 4.0 and 4.1 Jelly Bean versions, so do not apply this latest update over a custom ROM, you can brick your Android device. For the N7100 devices which use a custom ROM, the you need to update the same with an official Android 4.1 firmware from stock.
  • We strangely recommend to backup all your critical data stored on your device’s internal memory phone. In case your device running a stock Android OS then you won’t lose your data, but we recommend saving your data in any condition that you modify something on your OS device.
  • Enable the USB Debugging option from the N7100 OS Starting menu, to assure the connectivity between your device and your Computer.
  • Install the proper USB drivers for your N7100 device.
  • Verify the level of power for your device’s  battery, charge your device to have more than 65 % power left in its battery.  In other way if your device doesn’t have enough power left in its battery can take a forced power off and that’s can corrupt the update installation.
  • Be sure you read carefully all the before prerequisites and understand very clearly what you should to do and don’t skip any step from here and them correct order.
  • All the information and information listed in this article are only for educational and instructional purpose, and we can’t be blamed or responsible for the changes that you decide to make for your device or you brick your device using this information.
