Good news for all HTC One devices’ owners from India, a new update, is now available for download. HTC has officially announced that the new Android 4.3 Jelly Bean software update is released for HTC One device in India.
The new release is pushed out via Over the Air (OTA) and will come along the new features, applications enhancements and bug fixes. In additional, the new update adds the new HTC Sense 5.5 User Interface.
According to the official HTC’s Facebook page the new update is expected with HTC BlinkFeed, HTC ZOE, Video Highlights, Sense TV, HTC Share, Quick Settings and more.
The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update will be rolled out in your such as an automatical notification in your device’s notification panel. If you haven’t been notified by your HTC One device, then you can verify the availability of the software from: Settings > About > Software Updates > Check now.
Keep in mind that to check that box for “Update over Wi-Fi only”, this setting will conserve your data usage plan.
When the new firmware is available for download, all what you have to do is to download it and install it. If you have an HTC One device that is running a custom ROM then the new stock Android 4.3 Jelly Bean firmware can be installed only by using a suitable manual flashing method.
