Android 4.4.2 KitKat comes for all the Samsung Galaxy S3 devices soon

Last week Samsung started to push an update to Android 4.4.2 KitKat for Samsung Galaxy S3 devices from Sprint, and it seems that all the Samsung Galaxy S3 devices will soon receive the update.
After the firmware update was unveiled on Sprint’s update support page, the OTA update of Android 4.4.2 KitKat began driving to the Samsung Galaxy S3 variant from Sprint in May 1.
The version of the update is L710VPUCND8 and will come with Linux 3.4 kernel, bringing performance, security enhancements and stability with it.
The Android 4.4.2 KitKat deliverance to Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3 variants is a clue that the update will be soon available for all Samsung Galaxy S3 devices from now on, probably first in Europe followed next by other regions.

The Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS of Samsung Galaxy S3 will be replaced by Android 4.4.2 KitKat fixing bugs and making tweaks to the UI, like transparent status bar and white icons,

The update will also make the Galaxy S3 devices run faster requiring less memory.

To check the availability of an update for your device from the home screen tap Apps>> scroll to Settings and tap>>from the More tab>> scroll to and tap System Update>>tap Update Samsung Software>> tap Check now.
