The new Android L Operating System was been release only for less than 15 % of Android devices. I said that because the big US Cellular carrier released the new Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for its Galaxy S4 Mini and Galaxy Mega (6.3) devices.

So, this weekend the US Cellular comes with a nice gift for two of its Samsung devices, releasing the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update.
