The AT&T carrier delivered a software update for the LG G2 smartphone namely D80020k, that is coming over-the-air for the users who have their smartphone updated to Android 4.4.2 KitKat, the file being 5,59MB in size. For users who are still running Android Jelly Bean the update will be received if they use a Wi-Fi connection, press the Menu from the Home screen, tap All settings, then from “General” tab, tap About phone, Software update and Update now.
After you did all this steps a notification will appear on your screen, tap <<Continue>> and after you receive a notification for the update being completed, tap <<Ok>>. The update file for the Jelly Bean users is 679MB in size.
This update will bring changes for Google Wallet and Google+, but the carrier is not giving other details.
Though there should be no consequences to settings or data, is better that you sync or backup your files and contacts to your PC, laptop or with AT&T apps.
