Android 4.4.4 OTA Update Now Available for T-Mobile Sony Xperia Z1

Sony Xperia Z1 receives Android 4.4.4 KitKat

The information comes from the Xperia Blog website, where we can read that the new Android 4.4.4 KitKat OTA update is now rolled out to users.

The new update in named Android 4.4.4 KitKat update build number 14.4.B.0.37 and is messuring 790 MB. That’s meaning for downloading it and install the same on your Sony Xperia Z1 device you need to use a stable WiFi network connection to protect your carrier data plan.

The new update comes for your Xperia Z1 device with new features such as white status bar icons, transparent status and nav bars, cloud printing, color emoji support, immersive mode, full screen album and movie art options directly on the device’s lock screen, native Sony applications, support for Sony’s Lifelog application multiple bug fixes and more.

Once the new Android 4.4.4 KitKat update is released for your Sony Xperia Z1 device you should receive an automatically system update notification on the device’s notification panel.
