A new version of Google Chrome is available for Android devices on Google Play and brings with it new updates regarding stability and security of the application, along with a list of bug fixes.
The users who have the browser on their devices need only to check for the new update in Play Store.
For a partial list of changes, you can check the SVN revision log, and if you find a new issue, you are encouraged, by Google to tell them by filing a bug.
Remember that the SVN revision log contains is just an incomplete list of the changes from the build, but sufficient to make you see the improvements made for it.
If you want to test new features of Chrome before they are made available public, you can download the beta version because Google updates the permanent version very often.
