The aim of online Coursera company is to provide a path to free global education. Now it’s made a step forward by launching an app for the Android devices. The application is meant to have students but not only interested in more than 600 courses on the service, while on the go. The programs are provided from more than hundred education institution worldwide, including Yale University, The University of Tokyo, The World Bank, Columbia University and more. The subjects of the courses cover many areas like arts, economic and finances, computer science, medicine or law.
The interested ones can take courses in 12 languages including English, French, Chinese, Spanish, and Russian and many others languages to come.
Android users can register on courses, stream video lectures or keep them for offline viewing, and control their content right from the app.
Although you receives but a mark of completion for the courses you take it allows you to increase your skills and knowledge and is an easy way to save time and money and to participate in programs from a variety of subjects.
