The info comes from a leaked tweet LlabTooFeR, where we can see that the new Android 4.4.1 will be released for HTC Google Play Edition devices.
The new iteration of OS is expected to arrive on HTC One Google Play Edition smartphones starting with this week.
According to the same reference the new Android 4.4.1 is expected to be pushed out as KOT49E software. Unfortunately, no other specific information has been provided, but we can assume that the new software will bring new features, bug fixes and other improvements.
