HTC One Mini 2 Officialy Announced with 4.5-inch 720p Display, 13MP Rear-Facing Camera, HTC Sense 6 and Android 4.4.2 KitKat

Today is a great day for all customers who are waiting the HTC One Mini 2 device, HTC has just launched the mini model of the HTC One M8 device, the new handset is named the HTC One Mini 2 and it is expected to be available on the market starting with June 2014.

The new HTC One Mini 2 device comes with a similar design and specs with its bigger brother device.

This new device is named “mini” because of that its display measures around 4.5 inches, that’s means is only 0.5 inches smaller than the official HTC One M8 device.

This new so called ‘mini’ device’s display measures around 4.5 inches, which is only 0.5 inches smaller than the HTC One M8 model.

The list of specification that the new HTC One Mini 2 device has include the 4.5 inch Super LCD2 720p display, 1 GB of RAM, 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 CPU, external micro SD to extend its 128 GB storage, 13 MP rear-facing camera, Adreno 305 GPU, 5 Mp front-facing camera, Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, LED flash, HTC Sense UI, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen protection, Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS out of the box, non-removable 2110 mAh battery and more.

Moreover, the front camera (5 MP) that is included with the new “mini” model is the same model as the HTC One M8 device has. With this camera its user can capture videos with 1080p.

As I told you before, HTC One Mini 2 will be available on the market starting with June 2014. Firstly it will come in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Unfortunately, there isn’t an official released date for its availability on the US. But the official changelog include the colors that the new One Mini 2 device comes with: Glacial Silver, Amber Gold and Gunmetal Grey.

There is no official released date nor availability info on its U.S. launch. The colors available for the One Mini 2 are as follows: Glacial Silver, Gunmetal Grey and Amber Gold.

In terms of features you ca find there some features from its big brother such as HTC BoomSound, ZOE app, HTC BlinkFeed and more.
