As we expected HTC is preparing a plastic version of the M8 flagship, but no one could describe it too thoroughly yet. It was assumed that this device will be called HTC One M8 Ace, but the new device is in reality called HTC One E8.
Launching event of the new device from HTC is set on June 3, and on the company’s Chinese site we can see photos and details about the phone, which is offered as ” giveaway ” into a marketing campaign.
Titled ” Vogue Edition” the phone, in black, white, red and blue colors, adopted the design known from the M7, launched last year, and the plastic housing offers an experience, not as unpleasant as one might expect.
Also on the website are confirmed some specs that we find identical to the HTC M8 launched at the beginning this year such as Snapdragon 801 to 2.5GHz, a 5MP front-facing camera and BoomSound stereo speakers. Although there is no detail on the display size, previous rumors say it will take 5 inches, as well as M8.
An interesting detail is the price, because as we know HTC has a serious competition in this chapter, and the company has to place the device in the price area where it is preferable to other smart phones on the market, but we have to wait a bit until we find out the price of this new device.
