- Download the new Android 4.4.2 KitKat XXUENE2 firmware from here and save it on desktop.
- Download Odin and Samsung KIES, and save the files on your desktop.
- Unzip Odin application and install it on your PC.
- Ensure that you’ll install suitable Galaxy Note 3 USB driver by using the downloaded Samsung KIES application.
- Now, unzip the software pack, copy it on the same folder, ODIN application.
- Open Odin application on your PC.
- Turn off your Note 3 phablet.
- Boot it into Download Mode.

Troubleshooting:
