Meizu, one of the three most powerful Chinese phone makers (Xiaomi, Oppo and Meizu) announced its new flagship Android-powered device named Meizu MX3 model.
As numerous rumors reported before, the new Meizu MX3 is powered by Samsung Exynos 5 Octa chipset, and it comes with a large 5.1 inch display that support a resolution of 1,800 x 1,080 pixels. That’s means it is a impressive device with a bezel around of display with just 2.9 mm thin and a handset profile equivalent of 9.1 mm. Its total weight is just 143 grams. The device looks brilliant by the design, and its chipset, Exynos 5 Octa is the same chipset that Galaxy S4 debuted in March. variant of The Exynos 5 Octa chipset comes with two variant one based on 1.6 GHz four cortex A15 cores for different tasks that required more power from processor, and the second one is a 1.2 GHz four 1.2 Cortex A7 cores especially created for basic processing tasks and to improve the device’s battery life. The upcoming smartphone Meizu MX3 is powered by a 2,400 mAh battery, and it will come in four versions, 16, 32, 64 and 124 GB of internal storage.
The Meizu Mx3 price tag is starting at CN¥2,499 approximately $410 for a 16 GB model ant the highest storage option 128 GB one will be available for CN¥3,999 (US$650).
The handset’s operating system is Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out of the box and customized with Flyme 3.0 which is the Meizu’s proprietary UI.
