Nova Launcher for Android application received today a new update for all its users, namely version 2.3. This new update comes as a significant change and to provide a lot of new features and enhancements.
The new code iteration brings more KitKat sweetness for their launcher on Android-based devices, smartphones and tablets.
For those are not on the loop, they should know that the Nova Launcher application in one of the most popular custom launcher available for download via Google Play Store.
Today, the application comes with a series of changes to make you feel like you’re using the Android 4.4 KitKat launcher.
The new iteration including features such as Kitkat scroll indicator (Desktop – Scroll Indicator), Kitkat font (Look and Feel – Icon Font – Condensed, requires Android 4.1+), Kitkat folders (Folders – Light Background and Folder Background – Light Circle). In additional, there you’ll get Google Kitkat icon theme, small autohiding tabs in app drawer, and you’ll be able to do configurable drawer Menu action.
The new transparent system bars on Kitkat will make your device look and feel the transparent Notification Bar. Additionally, there is the possibility to scroll during tab change the drawer tab indicator and in additional the drawer scroll indicator is relative to the current tab.
Moreover, the new version of Nova Launcher application adds scroll indicators animate feature for infinite scroll operations.
The new changes of this new iteration brings backup and restore from external card on devices which have sdcards and an improved backup management that allows you to send backups via Gmail, Pushbullet and more.
