Update Samsung Galaxy S5 G900F to Android 4.4.2 XXU1ANE2 KitKat

• In case, you have a custom ROM on a custom Recovery installed on your device, the new update will be completely removed.
• The custom Recovery tool will be replaced with a stock Recovery.

How to install UCU1ANCE Android 4.4.2 Official Update for AT&T Galaxy S5:

1. Download the new Android 4.4.2 KitKat G900AUCU1ANCE firmware file from here. To download the firmware file, open an account from SamMobile website The download file has the tar.md5 extension.
2. Now, extract the contents of the downloaded zip file and save it on your PC desktop screen.
3. Download the ODIN3 v3.09 software from here.
4. Odin will be used to install the new ROM for your device.
5. Now, extract the ODIN contents and save the files in a single folder on your PC.
6. Turn off the device.Boot the AT&T Galaxy S5 device into Download Mode.
7. Open the ODIN3 v3.09 executable file.
8. Now, connect the device your computer by using the USB Data Cable.
9. From ODIN app’s menu tap on the “AP” button.
10. Next, browse for G900AUCU1ANCE tar.md5 file and load it into ODIN.
11. Important: Make sure that the Re-Partition option is disabled, and do not edit any other default ODIN options.
12. When you are ready to install the new firmware, press the START button.
13. During the flashing process your device might reboot several times, do not press any buttons until ODIN application completes the installation.
14. When all files are successfully installed, your device will restart into normal mode and ODIN application will display the “PASS” message.
15. Now, after the home screen is displayed, start testing all the features and functions.
