Can you believe that it’s been six years since we play Angry Birds? In 2009, the people at Rovio gave birth to a game as simple as it is effective in creating dependency. For Angry Birds fans its creators reinvented the game and came up with Angry Birds Stella, designed on the experience offered in the entire Angry Birds series, but with some new characters and worlds that you can control in your mission to kill green pigs.
Announced earlier this year, Angry Birds Stella is now ready for download for Android users that want to start a new adventure with characters from Rovio: Stella and her friends Luca, Willow, Poppy and Dahlia that will bump into all kinds of structures.
The premise of the game consist in the quest of Stella’s scrapbook and also prevent the greedy Princess Bad from destroying the Golden Island in her obsessive hunt for the Golden Egg.
The focus of Angry Birds Stella seems to be on powers that can be activated by a tap-and-hold maneuver, which puts the birds flight into slow motion and allows you to direct your attacks.
Stella, Dahlia, Poppy, Willow and Luke are involved in the action that takes place over 120 levels. Although it has not implemented a multiplayer game anyway promises to keep us busy for some time and gives us the opportunity to compare the scores recorded in the game with our friends.
The first levels are ad-free, but then you will run into banner ads and videos ads. At this moment, there is no option to pay for an ad-free game, but probably in the future it will be.
