Great news for Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A owners, a new official Android firmware is now available for download via Samsung KIES Servers software or direct download.
The new Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A device hasn’t been officially introduced to European markets, but as you probably sow it is now demoed at the IFA Berlin event this year.
The new XXUAMHD firmware update is built on Android 4.2.2 platform and it is hold by the Samsung KIES software servers only for Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A International variant, unfortunately for other Samsung Galaxy S4 versions isn’t available yet.
The new firmware is compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S4 model Number GT-I9506, it comes firstly for United Kingdom’s EE carrier, and the version is Android 4.2.2 with 1414753 Changelist. Also the latest update was built on Sat, 17 Aug 2013 08:15:28 +0000 with product Code: EVR, PDA: I9506XXUAMHD, CSC: I9506EVRAMHC, MODEM: I9506XXUAMHC.
The new update, can be easily manually flashed on Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone using ODIN, which is an especially flashing tool developed by Samsung. But keep this in your mind, this latest update works only with Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A international version model Number GT-I9506, do not try to flash the same for any other Galaxy S4 variant as you will end up by bricking or damage it.

Note, the new firmare version can be installed using ODIN and Samsung’s proprietarly Downlooad Mode, but before install the same make sure you have installed the official Samsung USB drivers on your computer.
