The LTE version of Google Nexus 7 device starting receiving the new Android 4.3.1 Jelly Bean update this week. The new update was rolled out in select countries for beginning, and it will be released soon for users worldwide.

The new release is pushed out by Over-the-Air (OTA) for the Google Nexus 7 from ASUS. In additional, the new Android 4.3 Jelly Bean was pushed out called JLS36I, and it is compatible exclusively with 2013 version of Nexus 7 codenamed “deb” and ”razorg”.

The new update might as a bug fixes and to bring some new features, no official changelog about it was been released.

Moreover, the update for the LTE version of Google Nexus 7 comes by OTA with 9.42 MB size, and it was rolled out for the first time in France and Japan. The same update will be pushed out in stages for the other countries as well, as RedmonPie notes.

As I told you before the latest Android  4.3.1 firmware is exclusively released for 2013 Nexus 7 device and no other similar Android devices have received it, that’s why we can think about it that is specially developed as a bug-fix for the specified tablet.

Those who are out of the loop should know that the new Asus Nexus 7 device is a powerful tablet which comes with a 7” LED-backlit ISP LCD capacitive touchscreen that supports a 1920*1200 pixels resolution and 16M colors. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset with a quad-core Krait processor clocked at 1.5GH and helped by an Adreno 320 GPU and 2GB of RAM.

Moreover, the tablet is features with a 5 MP autofocus camera with face detection with the capability to video record at a 1080p resolution and 30 fps. On its back,  we find a 1.2MP front-facing camera that is perfectly for business video conferences and video text chat messages.

In additional the new Nexus 7 (2013) comes on the market in two different versions, one has 16GB and the second one has 32 GB of internal storage. In terms of connectivity, the tablet brings Dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n support, Optional LTE support, NFC, GPS, Bluetooth v4.0 LE, micro USB port with USB host and TV-out support, standard 3.5 mm audio jack and a 3950 mAh battery. The Nexus 7 version 2013 device’s design is thinner, lighter, more powerful.
