One of the most popular mobile launcher named Jolla Launcher was unofficially ported for Android 4.2.
This great work was realized by the XDA-developers members who already have the original APK plus a version for Android 4.2. Remember that the official release is an alpha version, and that’s means it has a number of bugs.
