Samsung Galaxy Alpha Officially Announced With 4.7″ Display, Octa Core Exynos Processor And Metal Edges

Today Samsung has officially unveiled Galaxy Alpha, the newest device of Galaxy series, with a sophisticated and compact design with metal edges and resistant housing.

Samsung Galaxy Alpha with a thickness of less than 7 mm, it is one of the thinnest Galaxy devices by now.

The terminal is equipped with a 4.7″ HD Super AMOLED screen and 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, Octa Core Exynos processor (1.8GHz Quad + Quad 1.3GHz), 2GB RAM, 12MP rear camera with 4K video recording support, and a 2.1 MP front-facing camera. On board, we will find Android 4.4.4, with many of the customizations we have seen in Samsung Galaxy S5.

Galaxy Alpha includes features such as Ultra-Power Saving Mode, Finger Print Scanner, S Health, Private Mode and can be connected with the latest Samsung devices Gear Fit and Live Gear 2.

The device will be available on early September in over 150 countries in Dazzling White, Charcoal Black, Frosted Gold, Sleek Silver and Scuba Blue colors.

The device is powered by an 1860 mAh battery and measures 132.4 x 65.5 x 6.7 mm.

Despite its metallic material, is just 6.7 mm thin and weighs just 115 grams, making us understand that the aesthetic is the highlight of this device.

The recommended price was not officially announced, but as soon as it is revealed we will keep you posted.
