After the Canvas Knight another Micromax device is set to receive the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update in India, this is Canvas Doodle 3. The Android 4.4.2 KitKat is rolled out over-the-air, and all Canvas Doodle 3 that now are running under stock Android Jelly Bean OS should be able to download and install the new update, Micromax confirmed via its Facebook page.
In order to update your Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 to the new version of Android you will have to reboot your phone, and then you should receive a system notification that will guide you through the process of download and install.
Because the Android 4.4.2 KitKat has a size of around 387MB, it is recommended for you to use a stable Wi-Fi connection and also to charge your device’s battery in order to avoid unwanted interruptions during the installation process.
The Android 4.4 KitKat update for the Canvas Doodle 3 will bring in an improved user interface and a lot of new feature additions.

The Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 was launched in April this year with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box.
