Email, Google’s stock mail app, now available in Play Store[APK]

Email for Android

Google has released in the Play Store another GAPPS application, this is the Email app ( not to be confused with Gmail) that is pre-installed on all devices of the Nexus family, and on some Google Play Edition devices.
Using the Email app, you will be able to read and manage your emails from multiple accounts in one place, to configure any e-mail such as Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, or Outlook as the Email app supports them all, ensuring the same extraordinary experience of Gmail.

The difference between Email and Gmail is that the Email app supports other email services and accounts, as we already mentioned, as long as they use Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP), Post Office Protocol(POP3) and Exchange accounts. So now you can use a non-Gmail account with one that it looks like Gmail.
The Email app also features the ability to choose which folders to synchronize, quick answers and automatically download attachments via Wi-Fi.

With the publication in the Play Store, further updates will be distributed faster and optimized, without always having to wait for the arrival of a new Android distribution.

The Email application is compatible with Nexus devices and Google Play Edition devices except for the Samsung Galaxy S4 and the HTC One M7 Google Play Edition versions (for reasons unknown), but if you own one of these smartphones you can use the mirrored APK, which you can download it from here or here.
However, the application seems to be working very good on LG G Pro and Samsung Galaxy Note 3 devices.

Download Email app for your Android device from Google Play Store version 6.3 and you will enjoy better security for Gmail accounts, easier account setup, printing and bug fixes.
Email app requires Android version 4.0 and newer.
