Google has recently updated its Google Play Store application to version 4.8.20.
The previous update of the Play Store had brought its application to version 4.8.19, that was a pretty significant update in which aspects has been remodeled, expanded information fields and in general we can say it is a significant step forward. So the version 4.8.20 it is an update simply corrective although introduced some news regarding the sections.
The changes of version 4.8.19 are focused on the UI, in supporting Paypal and simplified permits.
Google wants more transparency regarding permissions and this update has improved this aspect, organize it by type like Location, Phone, Wi-Fi connection or Camera/ Microphone and specifying the reason thereof.
As you can see on the Android Police website, at the bottom of the app in the Google Play Store there is new additional information added, where Google informs users about the latest version and when the app has been updated, size and content rating of the app, and also has a link for permissions.
In this new update of Google Play Store, larger headers and buttons are added to encourage users to download applications.
Google Play adds support for Paypal payments. Now the new store’s option is enabled, and users can see the PayPal button at the bottom of the payment options screen when buying content in the new Play Store.
Regarding version 4.8.20, outside the new features outlined above in the section of the app changes the header of the various sections.
In addition to these changes, Google seems to have increased slightly also the fluidity of the application.
