SmartWatch 2 SW2 is the Sony’s official application that allows you to interact with your Smartwatch 2.
The application gives you the possibility to customize a variety of clock styles, a set of wallpapers and watchface widgets in the way you like it and will also keep you updated on future Android app extensions prepared for your SmartWatch 2.
You can use this application if you have Smart Connect installed on your Android device.
SmartWatch 2 firmware received update from Sony to build number 1.0.B.5.28/1.0.A.4.11 and host version 1.5.14.
The updated version of the app adds new features, and one prominent feature is the addition of custom wallpapers allowing you to set your own wallpapers on the smart watch based on pictures from your Android device and can be activated through the settings menu on your smartphone or tablet.
In addition to this, the update adds language support – notifications are now supported in all of the languages supported by your device.
The update also comes with bugs fixes and performance improvements.
To update the SmartWatch 2 SW2 application, go to Google Play Store. Note that the application requires Android 4.0 and up.
