The Android 4.4.3 fix bugs but brings others with it

Android 4.4.3

The long awaited Android 4.4.3 KitKat update arrived on Nexus devices and, unfortunately, along with it came many new errors.
The Android 4.4.3 KitKAt update was released to the Nexus 4, Nexus 10, Nexus 5, Nexus 10, Moto X, Moto G, Google Play Edition Galaxy S4, HTC One and other devices over the past few weeks.
The intention was to be an update that will fix existing errors in Android 4.4.2, and some were indeed repaired, but the Wi-Fi problem remains unsolved.
The most affected devices are Nexus 4 and Nexus 5.
Many users still say that Wi-Fi connection is unstable, the phone shuts down suddenly without any warning, problems with Google Dialer, 3G connection errors, problems and errors in the camera application and the Google Play Store.
The users of Nexus 4 and Nexus 5 devices had the problem that their devices were rebooting with Android 4.4.2, and it seems that the error was not fixed with the Android 4.4.3 update.
Many users have reported “dialer” errors, incorrect notification and email problems, battery drain and problems to 3G connectivity.

Some applications do not work including Google Play Store, BBC app and the camera app from Nexus 5 and Nexus 4.
There are users who say their Nexus 5 device is broken, but maybe there was another cause in the middle and not update to 4.4.3 KitKat, probably that is why it was not reported by many users.

One user posted a few significant errors in Nexus 4:
– White screen in Call History, and to the rest of the contacts from the phone. He can not see who called and can not seek contacts.
– Some numbers disappear from the Call History.
– The battery discharges quickly.
– Long delay, when someone is calling you, in displaying the name of the person that calls.
– If you go to the section where you hit numbers, if you start to press contact’s names numbers begin to appear, but if you select one then nothing happens or you get an error message.

Some reported errors can be solved by restarting the phone in Safe Mode, which will turn your phone only with phone’s native applications, without starting other applications that seem to be the cause of problems.

The error with Google Play Store can be solved by going to Settings-> Device-> Apps-> Google Play Store-> Clear Cache.

Unfortunately not all errors have a way of being repaired, the biggest problem is that it seems that Google does not intend to publish an update for Nexus 5 and Nexus 4 devices to fix the issues soon.

Before the official launch of Android 4.4.3 for Nexus devices, from the rumors are believed that HTC is planning an update for its One M8 and M7 devices. After the information available from LlabTooFer, the well known HTC insider, the updates are planned to come to the end of June, but we do not know the exact date for the launch.

If you are using the Nexus 4 or Nexus 5, please tell us in the comments section what errors you encounter after the update to Android 4.4.3.
