The most anticipated Android Devices of IFA Berlin 2014

Starting tomorrow all the major manufacturers are in Berlin for one of the most important events of the year, this is IFA, the trade show where are expected the unveiling of their new devices.

IFA Berlin 2014 is the place where are expected the presentations of a wide variety of devices from companies like LG, Samsung, Nokia, Sony, HTC, Lenovo, Huawei, Asus, Acer, Microsoft, Panasonic, Apple and many more.

Here we want to make a summary of the most anticipated devices, spoken about quite a lot lately on the web.

Samsung

We will start with Samsung, whose event is scheduled for Wednesday at 3pm local time, that although hasn’t explicitly confirmed that will unveil the Galaxy Note 4 smartphone, on its invite for the event indicated towards a new Galaxy Note device saying”Note the date”, plus there have been several teaser videos under the words ” Ready to Note”.

The Samsung UNPACKED event in Berlin live stream will be available on Samsung’s YouTube channel.

The unofficial information about Samsung Galaxy Note 4 pointed that it would have a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED screen with 1,440 x 2,560 pixels resolution, will be powered by a Snapdragon 805 or Exynos 5433 chipset on 64-bit architecture, 16MP main camera, Galaxy S5’s sensor array and the S Pen.

Sony

Sony’s IFA 2014 press conference will be also Wednesday and will start shortly after Samsung’s conference and from Sony we expect to announce among new devices, a number of smartphones, a tablet, and at least one smart watch including the three lately rumored Xperia Z3 devices: Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact smartphones and also the Xperia Z3 Compact Tablet.

The Xperia Z3 Compact is expected to bring a 4.6-inch 1080p screen, powered by Snapdragon 801 chipset and a 20.7MP camera and also a water-resistant design.

The Xperia Z3 was certified by TENAA, revealing a 5.2 inch 1080p screen, the 20.7MP main camera and faster version of Snapdragon 801 chipset (8974AC).

Besides the Z3 smartphones, the Sony’s new thin waterproof tablet could also be presented at the IFA event, named the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact, is presumed to come with an 8-inch 1080p display and will be only 6.3mm thick.

Sony has posted a teaser video on its YouTube channel, which, however, it is the place where the company’s September 3 event to be seen.

LG

Thursday is the LG’s time to show us its creations and one of the most anticipated is the Watch R a round Android Wear smart watch and the LG G3 Stylus that however was unveiled before IFA, but that will be presented live for the first time at the exposition.

HTC

The HTC’s event is also scheduled for Thursday, and it will probably unveil the first mid-rage 64-bit octa-core processor smartphone dubbed Desire 820.

The HTC Desire 820 is expected to come with 5.5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720p, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, 13MP primary camera, Android 4.4 KitKat operating system and a 2600mAh Lithium-Ion battery.

Lenovo

Lenovo sent invitation for the Vibe X2 unveiling in center of a lollipop; an evident nod to Android L. The Lenovo Vibe X2 is expected to add a 5-inch 1080p screen, octa-core or dual-core processor, 13MP main camera and a front 5MP camera.

The Lenovo’s event is also scheduled for Thursday.
