Verizon LG G2 Gets Android 5.0 Lollipop OTA Update

Early today the Verizon LG G2 device is starting receiving the new Android 5.0 Lollipop OTA update. So, all you need to do is to keep your Wi-Fi and Mobile Data connection enabled in order to download the new Lollipop update directly from the Verizon’s update servers.

As you probably know that the new Android 5.0 Lollipop Update for LG G2 devices will be available in phases, but it shouldn’t take too long before all the Verizon LG G2 users are going to install and run the newest firmware on their smartphones.

Note that the new Android 5.0 update is only starting rolled out for Verizon LG G2 device running stock Android 4.4.x KitKat update.

The new Android 5.0 Lollipop firmware comes with new LG G3 interface that integrating Material Design elements, intelligent Notifications ranking, Recent multi-task menu, Smarts Look, look screen notification control support, actionable buttons, Settings toggles, Screen Pinning, Priority Mode, Device Sharing, new Settings search function and more.
